Terms of Service

Terms governing use of Women of God Meet.

Last updated: July 20, 2026

By using Women of God Meet, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Service

Women of God Meet provides community audio/video meetings, screen sharing, messaging, notifications, and organizational tools. The service may be changed, suspended, or updated for technical, safety, or administrative reasons.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where caused by a service failure attributable to us.

3. Acceptable use

You may not harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, distribute unlawful content, violate privacy, disrupt meetings, bypass access controls, introduce malware, or record people contrary to applicable law.

4. User content

You keep your rights in content you submit. You grant Women of God a limited permission to host, transmit, moderate, and process it only to operate and secure the service. You must have the necessary rights to share content.

5. Meetings and recording

Organizers and hosts control some room settings. They must inform participants when recording and follow applicable consent rules. A participant may leave or turn off microphone and camera.

6. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict an account, remove a participant, or preserve evidence where reasonably needed for safety, compliance, or enforcement of the Community Guidelines.

7. Availability

We seek to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Quality depends on the device, network, and user permissions.

8. Intellectual property

The name, branding, software, text, and materials supplied by Women of God remain protected. No license is granted beyond normal service use.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and request deletion through the dedicated page. We may suspend or close an account for a serious violation, user-safety risk, or legal requirement.

10. Reasonable limitation

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is.” Women of God is not responsible for outages caused by third-party networks, devices, force majeure, or other users. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be communicated appropriately.
